I am a passionate Civil & Structural Engineer with 9 years experience in construction management as a Superintendent of Works with a Track Record of success in delivering Quality, Timely and Cost-efficient/Lean large-Scale Projects. I have focused experience in managing million dollar-size projects in healthcare, water & sanitation, and residential housing projects. I am also a loving husband to the most beautiful woman in the world and an intentional dad to two amazing daughters.

TENWEK HOSPITAL - CARDIOTHORACIC CENTER
CLERK OF WORKS
I led my team in the construction of a 170 bed capacity cardiothoracic center specialty hospital with 7 operating rooms, 1 Cath lab, X-ray and CT Scan as well as a post residency education center.

TENWEK HOSPITAL - WATER TREATMENT & SANITATION PROJECT
CLERK OF WORKS
As a clerk of works, I led a team of contractors and engineers in constructing of a 570,000 litre daily capacity water treatment and sanitation plants with >1000m reticulation system
2021
TENWEK HOSPITAL - RESIDENT DOCTORS’ APARTMENTS
CLERK OF WORKS
Led a team of contractors, engineers and architects in the supervision and construction of 20 state-of-the-art residential apartments for resident doctors at Tenwek Hospital - Cardiothoracic Center comprising 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartment complex together with a 500 cubic meter capacity underground water tank and 30 car parking lot.
